Academy X is built for young footballers. If you are under 16, a parent or guardian must review these terms and help you set up your account. The responsible adult accepts these terms on the young player's behalf.

• Keep your password safe and don't share it with others.
• Provide accurate information when creating your profile.
• You're responsible for activity that happens through your account.

Academy X offers Starter, Pro, and Academy membership tiers. Pro and Academy are paid subscriptions billed through Stripe. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period. Prices are shown at checkout before you confirm.

Promo codes grant free tier upgrades and may have use limits or expiry dates. Codes are non-transferable and may be deactivated at any time. We may revoke access obtained through codes that are shared, resold, or used fraudulently.

XP, coins, streaks, badges, and leaderboard rankings are earned through genuine training activity. Attempting to manipulate scores, automate completions, or cheat the system may result in progress being reset or your account being suspended.

You may upload a thumbnail photo and add profile details. Don't upload content that is offensive, unlawful, or infringes someone else's rights. You're responsible for the content you add, and you grant us permission to display it within your profile and on leaderboards.

• Use Academy X for training and personal improvement only.
• Don't attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the service.
• Don't reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the app or its content.

Academy X is a training companion, not a substitute for qualified coaching or medical advice. Train within your ability and consult a professional where needed. We provide the app "as is" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Academy X is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the app or from following any drill or training suggestion.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We'll let you know about significant changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
